A. To ensure a seamless learning experience, students are required to use a tablet with a keyboard or a laptop for the classes. Unfortunately, classes cannot be conducted on mobile phones due to limitations in screen size and functionality required for coding activities. A larger screen and a physical keyboard are essential for typing code and navigating coding platforms effectively.

Q. Which are the different batch options available?

A. We offer classes tailored to meet each student's learning needs: Individual (1:1): A fully customized, one-on-one learning experience designed to focus entirely on the student's progress, goals, and interests.

Q. What is the duration of each online class?

A. Each individual session runs 45 minutes.

Q. How do I track my child's progress?

A. You will receive a detailed progress report at the end of each level, outlining the student's achievements, skills developed, and areas of growth. Additionally, towards the end of each level, the teacher will provide verbal feedback on the student's progress and share the roadmap for upcoming sessions. This helps ensure you're fully informed about how the student is progressing throughout the program.

Q. What happens when the course is completed?

A. You will receive a course completion certificate. We recommend continuing to advanced levels after finishing the 12-month, 96-session program.

Q. Can I contact the teacher directly?

A. All communication with the teacher will happen through our platform. You can send messages to the teacher directly from the platform. In case of urgency, our team will be happy to facilitate a conversation.

Q. What happens if a student misses a class?

A. If a student misses a class without prior cancellation, the session count will be deducted. However, if the class is cancelled in advance (at least 1 hour prior), the class will be carried forward without reducing the eligible session count.

Q. Is there an option to cancel the classes for a few days in between?

A. Yes, you can cancel a class through the dashboard if the student is unable to attend, provided it is done at least 1 hour before the scheduled class time.
